The following is a list of storage unit sizes and the range of prices for units available at Golden Bear Storage. Please call for current availability as prices and inventory are subject to change.
In addition to the rental price of the storage unit, there will be an additional one-time administrative charge of $25.00 payable at the time of leasing.
Freight elevators, flat-bed carts, and hand trucks are available for use on our property at no additional charge.
152 – 200 square feet $310.00 – $340.00
8x19 and 10x20 spaces will store the contents of a 2-bedroom apartment or small house, and ideal for storing files and inventory for business purposes.
80 – 105 square feet $200.00 – $240.00
8x10 and 8x12 sizes will accommodate the contents of an average one-bedroom apartment: a couch, a dresser and a king-sized mattress and box spring along with a several boxes of smaller items.
45 – 64 square feet $95.00 – $190.00
6.5x7, 6.5x8, 8x8 sizes will store the contents of a studio apartment or well-furnished dormitory room: medium-sized couch, queen size mattress, several boxes, disassembled bed frames and tables.
35 – 42 square feet $90.00 – $110.00
5x6, 5x7, 5x8, 6x7 spaces will store several small belongings with smaller furniture items: loveseats, ottomans, end tables, lamps, full to queen size beds, boxes of clothes, tools and equipment, camping and outdoor recreational gear or family keepsakes.
24.5 – 40 square feet $50.00 – $75.00
3.5x7 and 3.5x8 ideal for packing boxes. 4x7’s and 4x8’s can store small furniture items: small chairs and tables, lamps, boxed decorative items or small electrical appliances, and pictures.
